How Melvin Lim became…

Melvin Lim

Melvin crossed paths with Adrian Lim (fellow co-founder of PropertyLimBrothers) while they were prison officers in the Singapore Prison Service. It was a stable yet eye-opening job. But, like many others, stories of real estate agents earning five figures each month drew them to the real estate industry. When the opportunity arose, they took a leap of faith and have never looked back.

Following their stint as Prisons Officers, Melvin and Adrian initiated PLB under the umbrella of the local real estate agency, Propnex, with the intent to redefine the term Real Estate Consultant and Advisor, aiming not just to be recognised as a real estate agency that merely transacts property. With Propnex’s blessings, PLB officially went independent on 9 Sep 2022.

And the rest? Well, it’s history in the making…

PropertyLimBrothers is the only tech-driven real estate agency in Singapore run by two engines concurrently.

In-house Media Production Team

PropertyLimBrothers Media started as a social media and studio production house solely owned by Melvin Lim to serve PLB clients with a different experience. It has since grown together with our audience, clients and the real estate market.

From a mere two people working in a small office to 65 full-time colleagues working hand-in-hand across 5 different departments serving PLB’s extensive clientele through in-house Media Production, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Inside Sales Consulting, Research, Insights, and Client Support.

Our consultants work in pairs to manage each property listing, providing a comprehensive service to each client. Backed by an in-house media team comprising a dedicated digital marketing team,professional videographers and photographers and customer care team, our consultants ride on the concept of teamwork to a new level, allowing them to focus on what matters most — serving our clients and closing the sale.
